With us, there are no hidden costs. Our proposals and certification courses come with all-inclusive pricing options—from travel to catering, membership to exam fees. We believe in transparency and won’t surprise you with unexpected variations.
Enhanced Learning Materials
We complement globally recognised training materials with our own expertly crafted resources. This provides a unique, enhanced learning experience that sets our participants up for success. In fact, we have spent a significant amount of time creating our own content to extend the value of our courses – this includes slideware, additional mock exam questions, and exercises.
We often tailor the content and discussions around your focus areas too. About half of our engagements involve some level of customisation, specifically to address the needs of our customers. Examples include;
- A global capability programme (MBA style) covering everything from Leadership to Portfolio Management, referencing internal pain points, customer specific frameworks and polices, and customer driven capstone projects
- A sponsorship development course for both Sponsors and Project Managers, speaking to an internal portfolio delivery lifecycle and challenging the status quo of existing expectations.

Training Material you can use
By default, all in-person training courses come with printed materials for attendee use and ongoing study. While this does have a small impact on sustainability, this is by far the preference of most clients. Should you wish for digital materials instead, you just need to let us know.
