Get to know Toyah
Toyah has strengths in leading technical teams and technical change. With an ability to communicate effectively across knowledge gaps, Toyah is able to ensure people are ‘on the same page’. Toyah has worked in the medical sector for 11 years leading teams of scientists and technical experts in operations and manufacturing.
More recently, he has converted his organisational and leadership skill-set into Project Management to deliver equipment, automation, and process change.
A positive and pro-active person, Toyah is an excellent communicator and is equally at home with a room full of technical staff or senior executives.
Of interest
Toyah has an almost 6-year-old daughter that runs his life, but when she is asleep he participates in more hobbies than he has time for! These include but are not limited to: mountain biking, board games, reading, dungeons and dragons, and hunting.
