Tara has over 10 years’ experience working in project delivery, consulting, and business change across a variety of industries in New Zealand and the UK. Passionate about putting people at the heart of projects, she enjoys working with a team to achieve project outcomes, while having fun along the way.
Tara’s ability to be flexible and adaptive allows her to choose the right approach for different client needs. She especially loves working on business transformation and change projects, which can be fast-paced and challenging.
Tara’s broad range of experience across operational and strategic IT functions, combined with strong project management skills, allows her to adapt different approaches quickly and efficiently as needed.

Tara is a keen writer, journalist, and lover of words, with a passion for plain language. She loves adventure and the outdoors, and you’ll often find her running on the West Coast trails, exploring new places on two wheels or travelling around New Zealand in her campervan.
