Get to know Richard
Richard has been committed to supporting people with their interactions with IT systems for over 30 years, with 13 of those in a formal Business Analysis role in a variety of industry sectors. A people person with a broad range of technical experience, Richard has a good understanding of the technical components of ICT solutions, and the unique needs of the business stakeholders and technical team members, to ensure quality project deliverables. His positive and friendly approach along with a pro-active attention to detail are appreciated by those he works with.
Richard's goal is always sound service analysis, accurate documentation and timely communications, along with careful, confident, and compassionate guidance to all stakeholders during the change process.
Of interest
When he is not working, Richard likes to spend time with his family of four adult children and two grandchildren. He enjoys exploring local cycle trails on his new e-bike and playing music in a local covers band. All too soon the garden calls for his attention again…
