With over 18 years’ experience in delivering complex IT projects, Prissy has a proven track record in a wide range of initiatives, including IT infrastructure upgrades, software rollouts, system migrations, and business process improvements.
What distinguishes Prissy is her strong analytical background and ability to manage both the technical and human elements of projects. She excels at building strong relationships with stakeholders, managing vendors, and guiding teams to success. Her approach is flexible, drawing on certifications in PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, and ITIL to apply the best methodology for each project.
Prissy expanded on her portfolio of services by branching out into other areas of IT, namely risk management, strategic development, Governance, Business Continuity and is even a Certified IT Auditor.
Of interest
Not one for the outdoors, Prissy can be found warm and comfortable with a book, scouting the malls with her daughter, or spending time with her hubby and fur baby Bentley.
