Get to know Hugo
Hugo delivers personal learning experiences that attunes leaders to their unique call, by using reflective dialogue and system thinking approaches. He is determined to help them to learn differently from experiences, fostering new ideas, and persisting on positive changes.
Hugo has developed a 20-year career in project-based organizations in energy, mining, education and other industries, thriving in both healthy and sick workplace cultures. He has provided effective solutions for business and project performance issues in software development and implementation, and complex infrastructures such as New Mines Development, Railways Signalling, Oil & Gas Processing, Oil, LNG facilities, ensuring all these projects provide leading indicators. His working style has well adapted to different organisational levels as a strategic project, program & portfolio planning and business process subject matter expert in leading organisations in Australia and other countries.
He holds a Master Degree in Project Management, Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), and Qualifications in System Thinking and Coaching.
He has coached and mentored professionals at different organizational levels, developing 40 coaching tools to consider the uniqueness of every individual and workplace.
With extensive experience cultivating innovative team cultures based on trust, respect and care for everyone, Hugo builds a safe work environment for high performance and team engagement

Although Hugo is naturally left-handed, he learned to play acoustic guitar as a right-handed player when he was 15 years old.
