Bill is an experienced and versatile management consultant, project/programme manager and senior manager with broad experience in several industries. He has worked extensively on business improvement, quality management, managing change and business transformation initiatives.

Key strengths are in leading, planning and executing major business improvement activities, new capability delivery strategies, quality management approaches and reviews. Bill has worked in a number of New Zealand’s largest private and public sector organisations, and as an independent contractor and consultant has learned the value of being a self starter and has worked autonomously and in large teams.
