Richard is a seasoned senior manager, passionate about delivery and achieving a successful outcome. Experienced in operational, programme and project management roles, Richard prides himself to help identify and eliminate business processes that create barriers to increased productivity.

Over the years Richard has worn many hats, as store manager, retail operations manager, senior project/programme manager, and consultant. This has resulted in a “can do” attitude.

Richard’s skills are adaptable and transferrable across multiple industries and his public sector experience has taught him the value of stakeholder engagement and the importance of clear and concise communications with both internal and external stakeholders.

Outside of work, Richard has a strong belief in being involved and volunteers his skills to the communities he lives and works in.
