Get to know Sam

Sam is a people-focused consultant known for his empathetic approach, collaborative style, and ability to build strong relationships across teams. With a background spanning business ownership, not-for-profit leadership, and consulting, he brings a deep understanding of how technology impacts people—not just processes. Sam’s work in leading financial system and operational projects, has been grounded in clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and practical delivery.

While delivering value, over the last four years, in roles as a Business Analysis Consultant and IT Project Manager, Sam has combined analytical thinking with a calm, people-first presence. Prior to that, Sam successfully founded both a commercial enterprise and a registered charity, giving him a unique blend of commercial acumen and community insight. He’s now looking forward to bringing his experience, empathy, and systems thinking to new and meaningful challenges.

Of interest

In his spare time, Sam enjoys quality time with his wife and young family, which from time to time includes tackling their latest Lego masterpiece – where his expert building skills are put to good use. Outside the home, Sam is actively involved in his local community, regularly contributing to initiatives and supporting causes that foster connection. His commitment to people extends beyond the workplace, reflecting a strong personal ethos of service, creativity, and community engagement.
