Get to know Brandon
Brandon is an experienced project and programme controls expert with a passion for people, processes, and technology. With over 16 years in the Construction industry, Brandon is a specialist consultant in the Engineering & Construction (E&C) industry with an in-depth knowledge of all phases of large-scale Pre-Feasibility, Concept Design, FEED, and EPCMV projects within the Government, Infrastructure, M&M, Life Sciences and Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Power business sectors.
Brandon has a proven track record of advising on projects with a focus on project controls, estimating, risk management, change management, commercial management, and earned value management.
Having established organizational PMO’s nationwide, Brandon has also facilitated and mentored internal and external clients, ensuring that the project controls methods, procedures, systems, and development of historical information are established in New Zealand. Brandon has also provided project, program, and portfolio consultation to major clients across Australia and New Zealand.
With over 6 years instruction experience, Brandon has delivered training, coaching, and mentoring on organizational project management, lean construction planning, value chain modelling, and total cost management.
Brandon truly lives the concept of People, Processes, and Technology. He leads with emotional intelligence and ensures his stakeholders are listened to and tailors global best practices, in respect to his stakeholder’s requirements & achieving the engagement's ultimate value.
Of interest
In his spare time Brandon loves to travel and explore new destinations with his wife. He enjoys playing golf, scuba diving and snowboarding, all whether dependent. He is always open to play some classic board & card games when the weather is not ideal outside. As an American, Brandon is a sports fanatic, and always open to good debate and discussion on the world of American sports.
