Get to know Hafsa
Dr Hafsa Ahmed MNZM can trace her origins to India. She is a multi-talented and experienced leader with expertise in stakeholder ecosystem engagement and managing change. She is the New Zealand Lead for the Association of Change Management Professionals – ANZ Chapter.
Hafsa has over two decades of experience across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. She has applied her skills in various settings, from strategy planning to change management through project implementations across different cultural settings.
She describes herself as an “optimistic futurist” and is outcomes-focused driven by the ethos of value creation for various stakeholders.
Of interest
Outside of work, Hafsa is a co-founder of Lady Khadija Trust and a Trustee for Ako Ōtautahi Learning City Christchurch. She also volunteers as an impact coach and facilitator for the Springboard Trust. Hafsa has devoted her efforts to initiatives aligned with her why of contributing towards enhancing lives and inspiring others to do the same so that together, we can create thriving communities.
