Project Management Using Psoda1 Day

Those new to Psoda, and wanting to learn how Psoda is used to effectively manage the key aspects of project management, and refresh knowledge on most up to date Project Management Techniques.

Following the attendance of the course, attendees will have a working knowledge of all the fundamentals relating to project management, know how to  create a new project in Psoda, assign key stakeholder roles, indicate which phase a project is in using workflows, capture key project dates, capture and manage risks, issues, actions and decisions and how to use Psoda for effective ongoing project communication with project stakeholders using status reporting, RAG reporting etc.

Advanced Project Management using Psoda1 Day

Those already familiar with the Psoda tool and needing to extend their knowledge in the areas of advanced scheduling and budgeting, programme and portfolio management, and how to use Psoda to accomplish these tasks.

Following this course, attendees will have an introduction to advanced project concepts around governance and stakeholder management, know how to create and manage detailed project financials, and to be able to report against these.  Attendees will know how to use Psoda to build work breakdown structures and schedules and assign resources or resource groups. Attendees will have a working knowledge of Programme and Portfolio management, and how to create, manage and report on these within Psoda.
