Prerequisites

To be able to sit the DASSM exam, you must be able to prove to PMI that you have:

• Two years of experience working in an agile team, ideally in a leadership role such as Disciplined Agile Scrum Master, product owner or architecture owner.

• An understanding of the fundamentals of the DA tool kit by having completed one of the following: 
• a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) course
• PMI's Basics of Disciplined Agile online course
• Read section 1, or more of Choose your WoW – complementary digital copy included with DASM

To determine if you’re ready, you can take PMI’s quick Disciplined Agile Knowledge Check. If you score 75% or more you’re ready. If you score less, consider taking the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) certification course first.

The DASSM exam fee is included as part of the course fee. You have 60 days to take the exam from completion of the course.
